How to make your own Arduino Board
  • The abstract of this project is for help us to easy use and controlling to system input and output that combine both Digital and Analog.

1. Introduction

                      Arduino Uno is the devices that we can use to transmit and receive the signal (I/O) with the 14 digital pin and 6 Analog pin that can control and use by application Arduino IDE.

2. Components

                                                         ii.    Capacitor     330uf                              1  = 0.025$

                                                        iii.    Capacitor      22p*2 , 100nf(104)          3  = 0.075$

                                                       iv.    LED blue                                             1  = 0.025$

                                                        v.    USB to serial                                       1  = 2.50$

                                                       vi.    Female connector line                          1  = 0.25$

                                                      vii.    DC male                                              1  = 0.10$

                                                     viii.    Reset button                                        1  = 0.10$

                                                       ix.    Resister     1k , 10k                              2  = 0.05$

                                                        x.    IC Socket                                             1  = 0.25$

                                                       xi.    IC Atmega328P                                    1  = 2.50$

                                                      xii.    LM 7805                                              1  = 0.25$

Total                                            = 6.5$

3. Schematic, PCB layout and 3D view


                         We use application Protues for drawing the Schematic and PCB Layout

4. Process of PCB board


                        1. In this Designs Circuit, we designs on application Proteus that we done all Schematic and PCB. After we finish our designs PCB, we need to save PCB as the PDF file.


                          2. we need to cut the copper board to the same size of our paper layer.


                          3. we take our board to Iron with the paper layer into 3 to 5 min 


                        4. Then we take the board into the Acid until it cut all copper from the board 


                        5.  After that we take the board to fight all the hold


                        6. Finally, we need to insert all the component into the board

   7. Discussion

                        We use the wrong Schematic and don't connect the pin of capacitor 22P to pin IC. 

   8. Conclusion


                      To create this Arduino Uno is to get profit both money and knowledge. More than this it make us to use and control both Digital and Analog easily.
