How to make your own Audio Speakers?
1. Abstract
The people around the world must be have time as some of them like do this
and those. In that thing, we have audio amplifier which it is a part of
relaxing after works or stress or bored. Relaxing is really important due to it
can make people have their long life and increase their younger. Type of music
is important too, it can make the people like and love to listen it when it
sound well or we can say it sound attack (attractive) people feels. Audio
amplifier more and more develops to providing to the user. To provide the user,
the producer needs to increase their quantity as speakers and amplifier. In our
proposal just want to build the best IC to control the audio amplifier and high
quantities. Now we have no enough components, so we just want to design the
kind of IC like KA2209 that we can use it to reduce noise and increase bass
boots by increase the capacitor. We know that if we success of building that
kind IC are sounder good. Now just face with that IC which do it the best
sounds. Finally, we will get the best audio amplifier that it is the people
favorite. It will get more interesting from the customer and also has the
challenging when it is popular.

Introduction
As we know, people don’t know what kind of IC that they will using due to
it’s the big problems that people difficult to choose and which they used to
get a good sound when it output. Concerning to of IC is the IC, we have the
type KA2209. It also has a good sound. It made from lots materials as a switch
of the transistor was combined to get the best IC. The transistor must be
combined to get high and good quantity. We knew that the transistor has lots of
types, so we need to choose which one is the best to build the IC. After that,
the capacitor also more important to work with IC of the amplifier. We also
need to combine it with capacitor and resistance or the others components to
get the best sound which it IC required. In fact, an audio amplifier is really
important in the other countries due to they want to relax or reduce their
stress. So, if the amplifier has a good sound it will have lots of the customer
and challenger.
3. Material and Methods
Depend on the datasheets we can know that for the
circuit stereo of that IC, it needed capacitor 100uF on it pin 5 and pin 8. And
about pin 6 and 7, it needs resistance that it makes a good sound. -IC KA2209 it is the IC that converts or widen the signal from small to
big signal. -Capacitor 470uF is the main point too. When the capacitor big
values, the frequency will low that makes the sound is good. -We used speaker 6
Ohm, speaker is also important to makes sound of audio better in listening.
When we have an
experiment, we can know that the IC need the different capacitor to complete it
sound. Especially, the capacitor which used to increase sounds of the audio. When
we use the capacitor 100uF on pin 1 and pin 3 we get it results is light sounds
and after that, we decide to change the capacitor by using 470uF, we know that
the sound is heavier and bass boots. So, we just change that only capacitor
which made our speaker get the best sound. In the same time, we also used the
capacitor non-polar to block DC and also reduce the noise to get clear sound.
5. Discussion
We have discussed with each other already when we
have the problem with that audio, we have met different sound when we changed
the capacitor. So, we decided to change the capacitor which has the best sound
that made our audio like speaker had corporate together. Meanwhile, if we have
the afford to buy the best speaker, we will get a really nice speaker.
6. Conclusions
Depending on the
results and discussion we have got the best audio amplifier and we have more an
opinion to create the best another audio. We hope that we will create another
hardware that related to that kind IC which we know it clearly. Although now we
have it not the best sound, we will design it more than this latter.
